We made arrangements that Emma would come and start cleaning about 2 weeks before at 11.30 am on 21/12. I gave her my address and said I would send her a pin closer to the time which I did at about 9.30 am. At 11.32 I received a message from her saying she had Covid symptoms and was doing a pcr test. I responded could she come the following week if she was in the clear. She said she would let me know but never did, that was a couple of weeks ago. I can see she has been active on here today. Unreliable and has wasted my time and left me without a cleaner over the christmas period which I need due to disability.
