Hello everyone, Emma here. I am a born nurturer, listener and highly empathetic. People, animals and children are magnetized to me because of my calm open minded, mature and peaceful nature. I am a great listener and have a lot of time, experience and stories to share with those who need a bit of extra support with their day to day. I am like a good reliable friend to hang out with, that gives quality care with a smile. Most people don't want to be cared for, they need it, so maintaining dignity, independence and having a reliable person who loves their job is a must! Having cared for both my physical and mentally disabled daughters on my own for over 21 years and elderly family members, I have a wealth of knowledge and experience looking after people with a range of complex needs. As well as being a professional pet sitter and housekeeper too, for many years. I am patient by default and understand that reliability, a sense of humor and a calm positive manner is essential to ensure those I am looking after feel relaxed and happy.
