I have been working in the health and social care industry for over 12 years. From health care assistant roles, student nursing, mental health, domiciliary care management, dementia, complex mental health support, offending, drug and alcohol support, trauma and gangs. I have spent the last 6-7 years in management roles carrying out hands on care, but also ensuring that all staff were carrying out their best possible care, and also advocating for those who may feel unable to advocate for themselves.
