Hi! I am a fully qualified nurse, having graduated this summer. I am currently taking time out of nursing to pursue other interests at the moment. As a part of my work I look after people of all ages, from tiny premature babies to the elderly. Prior to becoming a nurse, I worked in a care home during COVID. Therefore, overall I have been caring for the elderly for 5 years now. As a part of my nursing, I have looked after patients with many illnesses, especially dementia and Alzheimers. Since graduating I have also been working as a community carer. I provided personal care, companionship, assistance with housework and daily tasks - such as shopping and appointments. As part of my work, I am fully DBS checked, first aid and CPR trained. I also have a clean driving license, so I am happy to drive your family member if requested. Previously, I have trained hearing dogs for deaf recipients and I have a cocker spaniel of my own, so I am more than happy to look after any pets too!
