I am Elsa,. My language is Spanish, I study English (intermediate level). I worked for many years in Companies (in Ecuador South America) in different positions, but the one I enjoyed the most was working in the Occupational Health and Safety area, because I discovered my greatest strength as solidarity and service to people. I also have a master's degree in Occupational Safety and Health and a degree as Economist and therapist in natural therapies. I am very enthusiastic and active, I enjoy doing different things every day (walking, cooking, talking, doing crafts, recycling projects, makeover (interior design). So, I am aware if we stay active we can feel more productive. That is why I seek to reactivate self-confidence in older adults with these activities in order to improve their physical, social and psychological capacities as well as optimize their healthy lifestyles, helping to prevent risks or reduce disease problems.
