Hello, I have a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Health and Social Care, I also worked in a nursing home(Verulam House Nursing & Residential home) as an activities assistant for 2 years, this had me including talking to elderly with all different conditions on a 1-1 basis, group basis, taking them out on trips, helping with feeding and drinking, assisting with mobility, and more.
