I have worked at a residential care home for the elderly for the last 3 years. I worked mostly in the dementia corridor caring for 12 residents with varying needs, it being personal care and emotional support.I enjoyed the care we gave to our residents and I found this very rewarding and challenging at times. I no longer wish to work long 12hours shifts and looking for reduced hours. I am hard working and reliable.
