I worked for 4 years in couple of care homes and for more than 8 years in domiciliary care. The main experience I've gained was working on behalf of Social Services with the Short Term Support and Rehabilitation team which trained us to deliver high standards of care. A very good experience I had working as a Quality Officer and Moving and Handling Trainer, Mental Health Aider.
