I am a senior care worker with 14 yrs experience working in health care, qualified to qcf level 5, i have experience of mental health, elderly care, dementia and end of life care and medication. I often work alongside occupational therapists to ensure my clients have all the mobility aids they require to support them to live as comfortably and independantly as they can. In the past I have worked in a nursing home on an end of life unit alongside nurses to ensure the comfort and dignity of all those that came into our care. I also have 8 yrs experience working with individuals with varying mental health conditions. Happy to provide personal care and companionship, trips out and light housework
