I have worked for Local Government as Operations Manager providing front line service for vulnerable residents enabling them to continue to live independently in their own home. I have a wealth of experience working with older adults, Adult Social Care, NHS and other relevant agencies. I am here to support all needs, more than happy to go above and beyond, making a real difference to people's lives. I take great pride in giving back, especially to those in need. I have over 4 years experience providing support to older people, volunteering for Contact the Elderly & Silverline. I have really enjoyed transporting ladies to tea parties, supporting their mobility issues. I recently provided hands on care for my father in law for a year, until he sadly passed away. This included personal care, cooking, cleaning, running errands, shopping, providing good company and positive interaction. I have worked for Adult Social Care previously and was able to arrange occupational therapy assessments etc. I currently work part time in a residential care home, coordinating activities for the residents, which I thoroughly enjoy and also provide weekly personal/housekeeping to an older gentleman.
