I am a retired nurse with 20+ years experience working with elderly people for the NHS but most of my experience was in private nursing home settings caring for people with dementia and various physical needs. Since retiring I have worked privately for clients in their own homes.Most recently I have cared for an elderly lady with Parkinson's. My duties involved assisting with personal care, toileting needs, preparing meals, medication administration, light house work, mobility issues and general companionship. I have a very caring and compassionate nature and am a reliable, hardworking and conscientious person.
