I have been in a lone care position for almost 8 1/2 months . also have a dog to care for which is a big responsibility as the dog is my clients comfort and friend. I have been fortunate to apply my sense of humour to the clients daily routine. I have mastered the art of illustrating the dogs behaviour with hand and body gestures which turns into a big comedy moment. I also put a lot of passion in my cooking as client has a taste for fine cuisine. My client prefers being on her own but I have soon learned when to have a chat and when to leave her to read her books or being with her dog which is 99% of the day. I value and respect the clients home and treat it accordingly. My client do need personal care and I help client to shower, chang of clothing and medication each day. My client walks with a zimmerframe and I try to be close at all times not to overstep my clients independence. I sincerely do have a passion for being a carer with an individual personality and my motto is > Make the best of today and tomorrow is a new day.
