For 2 years and 6 months, I have worked with adults with dementia and physical disabilities as well as Alzheimer's. I have worked doing personal care and social activities. I have used care plans. I organised daily information reviews and hospital visits with residents. I would like to change my career to more community based. I enjoy working on my own. I have good transferable skills that I can bring to my work place. I have experience of inspection from care commission and do work to high standards.
