I have over 10 years experience with caring for the elderly with varying disabilities. I have a patient nature, kind heart & good sense of humour & believe that every person has the right to dignity and independence. I offer a range of services from personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, cleaning, shopping, escorting to appointments & companionship. I am very conscientious reliable, trustworthy and honest. I have also enjoyed charity work for the elderly (Help the Aged) & helped to run a friend’s after bereavement group. I currently hold the following certificates; Care certificate, awareness of mental health & dementia & learning disabilities, basis life support, allergen awareness, food safety, data protection, dysphagia, equality & diversity, fire awareness, fluids & nutrition, infection prevention & control, MCA & Dols, moving & handling, positive behaviour support, safeguarding & protection. I also have a car & clean driving licence.
