I have over 10 years of care experience and completed my level 3 NVQ and studying level 5 at present. I enjoy helping people and making a difference in their day-to-day living. I like to follow a person-centred approach and encourage the person to live better. Life is simple when you live simple!! People have the right to live their life how they want to live, and we must respect that and support them to live how they are willing to live better.
