I have 2 years experience of working in an elderly residential / nursing and dementia care home so I have experience in residential, nursing and dementia care. I worked as a carer within this 2 years and got promoted to a senior carer. And it has been a good 2 years of experience as I learn more about my residents and their care. This job can be challenging but it is also rewarding to see you could be of assistance to someone.
