I have nvq level 4 leadership and management adult health and social care, I have trained ref, :dementia care, mental capacity advisor, medication administration, moving and handling trainer in house etc, holistic approach, I have currently been caring for my mother for two years, and gave up my job to care for her sadly she passed away at home a few weeks ago and I now have to find myself employment, I have 20 years experience within adult care
