Hello, my name is Denise I’ve been in the care industry for 8 years now. Before I began my journey in care I was my Grandfathers end of life carer also for 6 years. I would say it’s because of him I joined the care industry. I have took on many roles including care assistant, care coordinator and even Deputy Manager. I have learnt a lot but know there is plenty more to learn. I Pride myself on delivering high quality care ensuring independence, dignity and the respect of all individuals is met at all times. Working for only a few care agencies I have realised that high standards are not met throughout the care industry. I believe my standards in providing care are high and I have the experience and qualifications to ensure any individual that I am trusted to care for will only get “High quality care”. I have NVQ levels 2 and 3 in Health and Social care and Have also completed my care certificate. I’m looking forward to using my knowledge to enable individuals to remain at home as long as possible.
