I previously worked as a team leader in supported living for the elderly, and the last 3 years working with adults with learning disabilities. I have a NVQ 2 and 3 ipn Health and Social Care. I am a good team player and am happy working as part of a team or on my own. I am a natural carer and love chatting to people and sharing their life experiences. I respect people's dignity and always put the wishes of the people I support first. I go above and beyond what is expected of me. I have a reward of recognition for my hard work.I have worked with a gentleman with a spinal injury and a lady with MS.
