I have been involved in caring for over 35 years,since qualifying as a nurse,I have met soo many amazing people over this time,I've been honoured to care for.Ive really specialised with the elderly...or more experienced in life,as I like to say!.I have much experience with dementia, parkinsons,PSP,end of life care..and much more.I am kind,patient and empathic and treat everyone as an individual. I promote person centred care and pride myself in this.I write care plans to reflect this,I'm very familiar with mental capacity and DOLs,doing many assessments weekly.
