I'm very passionate about delivering patient centred care. I've been a nurse for over 30 yrs,but love the actual "hands on" care side of it best,sitting with people in their last hours ,supporting with all types of cognition problems,dementia,parkinsons,psp,stroke etc,providing personal/incontinence care. Providing emotional support to both the person and their family.
