I am a fully qualified personal trainer fitness instructor and nutritionist I work with clients from all over Essex And London fitting in with there day to day routine most of my clients are young to middle aged and I enjoy my time at work to the point I do not call it work I go to train I spent the last 6 years caring for my grandfather and my girlfriends grandfather through terminal Illnesses as well as old age dementia I done everything washed bathed cooked cleaned entertained medicated organized whatever these two kind and wonderful gentleman needed I done for then I lost my last grandad begging of the corona out break I vowed to put my self out there ND care for like minded elderly people I have lots of free hours into the working week and potentially can fit personal training around care job I'm looking for 16 to 50 hours. Week I'm keen reliable and very easy to get along with and I am very passionate about the job as I believe every elderly person deserves to be treated well and looked after when they can't support then selves the way there used to
