I have worked in both Mental health, adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. Also with Elderly. I range from doing personal care to house work. Administering medications. I believe in people having there independents, helping to develop careplans to develop and achieve things individuals thought they couldnt. Or just helping in someones everyday life with housework or and personal care.
