I have 15 years experience in the care sector. I've worked in different types of care homes, residential, residential dementia, Nursing and nursing dementia. I started care with no qualifications, 15 years later, I have my NVQ level 4 and a wide range of knowledge. I am also, medication trained. I do still work in a little care home in Lichfield as a senior care assistant.
