I am a good and reliable care support worker. I have been working with elderly people for 7 years where I assisted them with their daily personal needs. I encourage them to make their own decisions which help them to build up their confidence and self-esteem. As a care provider I put the service user at the centre of the service provision by forming the good relationship with the service user. I support the service user by showing respect, protecting from abuse and support them to maintain their dignity and safety. As I am studying health and social care L3 to increase my knowledge and have a wide view on this field I will be pleased to be part of the team. I am available to work every Saturday by November 24.
