I have been a carer for almost 4 years paid but before this from the age of 16 to 22 I cared for my aunt I assisted her in every part of her life when she passed away I wanted to look for a job in case because I felt that I could give the same standard of care to someone else as I did for her because everyone I care for I care for them as I would want my loved one cared for I started my career off working in home care caring for people in their own homes then I went in to care homes then to a college for young adults with learning and physical disabilities I enjoy all areas of care.
