I am a caring, compassionate, honest, trustworthy, reliable and dedicated care Healthcare Assistant with a high level of empathy. I honestly love my job because it's one of the ways I can bring satisfaction and smile to my service users by supporting and assisting them to live their individual lives according to their wishes and preference with respect and dignity. I fully understand the importance and value of effective communication in the care sector. Therefore I always look out for positive feedback from my service users, their family members and my employers as I view this as assessment of my performance. Having being Confidential Secretary/ Admin Officer over the years helps me to value and maintain good, accurate and up to date accounts, observation, activities and incidents according to the laid down policy, procedures and the agreed ways. Confidentiality is one of the ethics of my profession as a Carer and I always ensure that this is not violated in any way.
