For the last 10 years, I have worked in different care homes. During this time, I developed my interpersonal and communication skills greatly. Consequently, I never struggle to understand those in my care or make myself understood, I have acquired communication skills. I develop excellent relationships with both residents and staff, which is helped by my extremely friendly and approachable demeanour. I have helped the elderly in both care homes and within a home setting. my experience has developed my empathy, communication skill, compassion, confidence, competency, observation, attentive skill, courage to face difficult or strenuous challenges, and commitment to whatever task is set before me.
