I have been a carer for over 20 years now, I have work with clients with Dementia, Mental health, Challenging behaviour and more. I supported clients with personal hygiene, support with medication, meal preparation, communication visit, shopping, nutrition, and lots more. I have my level 3 in health and social care. I have recently done my refresh training in Moving and Handling medication, lone working and more.
