Have 15 years of caring via nursing. My experiences started out specialising in geriatric care by medicine administration for 2 years as a senior. Had link roles for 2-3 years as a tissue viability link nurse and incontinence link nurse as well as a dignity champion, promoting dignity and attending seminars to keep update with ideas and resources. Have 15+ years till present working QMC in acute surgery on a gastroentrology ward + clinical nutrition. Also working as a cancer hospice unit hospice.I started nursing/caring at age 15 and my first job was at a doctors surgery as an assistant. This has given me 12 years experience of caring. I've always been in a medical or community caring sector. Have plenty of experience vis special needs. I'm an enthusiastic , energetic and strong desired with a lot of knowledge with plenty of experience. I can also provide duties of activities directed at a geriatric persons, participating with residents. I am patient safety and structure activities in accordance with the abilities of individuals. I include a wide range of stimulating activities for persons.Stimulating the brain is very important aswell as promoting healthy wellbeing.
