I have worked in the care sector for over 15 years i have worked with a whole range of clients dementia , learning disabilities , mental health, pallitive and end of life care , brain injuries epilepsy cancer parkinsons autism and alot more over the years .i have been a companion i clean personal care medications shop ,day to day activities errands can taxi to appointment nightsits or waking nights . I also have an in date dbs i have worked with children aswell as older clients .
