As a team of 2 we can provide certificates in which 1 of us has our nvq level 3 and specialist in dementia. This also comes with over 13 years in the care industry in which I have held many various job roles both in the community as a carer and in care homes. My buisness partner also has care experience although her speciality is the cleaning in which she has had various jobs over the years doing a wide range of different cleaning. As a team we guide eachogher in our own specialities and we both have a very hard working can do approach and we strive to ensure job satisfaction.
