I have been a hairdresssr for the past 11 years which I absolutely love, I’ve always had a kindness in my heart for the elderly.. My mum got poorly & we looked after her until we couldn’t anymore so unfortunately we had to find a care home, which we did & it was beautiful they was lovely & my mum smiled every day & they made her feel like the most important person in the room. After seeing that every day it made me feel like I wanna be that person that makes them smile. We lost my mum last year & I wasn’t ready to look for a job with the elderly but now I feel I’m ready to help others feel special. I am still working as a hairdresser but looking to cut down my days & even help if needed in this job with their hair too.
