After leaving a career in social work over 6 years ago I began cleaning in people’s homes, however my body has now told me I need to slow down with the physical work. So I am offering these Services: Companionship - being a listening ear and spending time to get to know you. Transport to appointments, trips out, shopping, access to hobbies and clubs. Walks. Admin support and advocacy - including completing forms for DWP, disability badge, benefits, accompanying to legal and health appointments. Medication Reminders - ensuring medication is being taken correctly Package of Care support - arranging a package of care if you/ your loved one needs personal care or help/services needed such as cleaning, gardening etc Hospital discharge support - Organise a package of care for when you/your loved one returns home, ensure your home is ready for your return.
