Personal I have over 15 year’s experience in the care industry. I spent 7 years caring for my disabled Grand Mother, 5 years working in community care, 5 years in a private care home and 10 years private care. I love my job caring for people as I am a very caring and loving person. I take my job very serious and make sure I work my job role in a correct and professional manner. I always put the individual who I am caring for, first at all times, making sure I am meeting their needs every way possible, but also maintaining and respecting their dignity and independence. I have a lot of patience working with the elderly and individuals with severe dementia. I work well in a team and also on my own. I am hardworking, good at following instructions, reliable and trustworthy. In my younger year’s, I have worked in a children’s day nursery for 2 years and also worked a short term nanny post.
