I am working in NHS24 as a call handler dealing with patient daily over the telephone. During my time working in NHS24 I have also cared for both my mothers sisters at home who had dementia. I cared for them in their own home for as long as they were fit enough to live in their own home then they came and lived with my husband and I. I have also worked for a care company visiting clients and assisting them with their personal care and any other requirements. In my spare time I love to visit care homes with two of my friend and sing to the old people and love for them to join in and have a great time. They love this experience and it brings back happy memories to them. I have also looked after a lady with MS as a private carer, assisting with personal care, preparing her meals and housework. Also accompanying her on shopping trips and outings.
