I've been a carer for 6 years. I've got an NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Health and Social care. I also have two NCFEs is Dementia and Mental Health. I have worked private before for two years, worked as an Activities Coordinator for over a year and was in charge of the floor in a care home as a Senior care coordinator. I love working for and caring for people with Dementia and complex care needs.
