I have worked in the care sector for over 10 years, this includes care homes, care in the community and support work. I have worked with individuals with various needs. I am experienced in working with individuals that have mental health needs and dementia. I have my NVQ level 5 in health and social care. I currently work nights in a residential home but find myself with some spare time. My son also starts school in September so I will hopefully be able to work more days then nights.
