I have been caring for the elderly and vulnerable for over 20 years. I started out doing care in the community, I gave that job up to care full time for my granny who was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. I was her full time carer for 10 years, when she passed away I took a job in a care home catered for dementia residents I was both a care assistant and an activities manager. I have been out of work for 1 year now due to not having anyone to help with school runs and appointments with my children. As they are in older classes I want back into the caring job position and the only job that has ever made me happy is caring for others and I am willing to learn and cater to each individuals needs.
