I am currently a support worker. I also do part time community care. In my experiences doing this I have learned and have great empathy and compassion in individuals experiencing a new change requiring care and continuing care. I’m also a mother of three who are in full time education who I love dearly. I really enjoy making someone’s life better. Whether that be physically making them comfortable or mentally I understand everybody is unique and require different needs. My job is to making that individual that much more comfortable or ease their lives. In the best of my abilities. I work in the community doing am calls lunch calls teas and bed calls this requires washing an individual, assisting in dressing etc preparation of medication food etc. I also feel very rewarded doing this.
