I have a personal experience working with elderly people as a passenger assistant I worked with them transporting them to where they needed to be some whom had disabilities or mental health problems I have worked closely with elderly people with dementia as I would help my friend and her family take care of their nan in her end of life stage of care anyway I could e.g. changing bedsheets and changing bedpans helping turn and move to stop bed sores also enjoyed reading and singing along to family favourites and just being a companion in time of need. I am always looking to get more training and experience behind me.
