Hi my name is Charlotte I am a 33 year old mum of a 2.5year old little boy. I am caring and love to help others. I enjoy a challenge and always like to be busy. I like working with others and helping others. I enjoy making people smile and noing I have done a good thing and made a difference in someone day even if it just a chat. I enjoy helping others do things they can not longer do the themselves so they can still have enjoyment in there life or support them to still have there independence. I don't have experience in a job role as such but I do have character references with children with disabilities. And also I have family members with severe autism who stay at my home regularly to have some rest bite. Along with helping a cereal palsy 9 year old boy as well.
