I have been working within the Health and Social Care sector for 14 years, I first started out as a Care Worker and over time worked my up in various roles. Caring for the vulnerable has always been my passion and I believe that everyone should be treated with dignity and respect. I have always had the work ethos of `care for them how you`d want yours to be cared for`. I am DBS checked and have all my training in date, I also hold Level 2,3,5 in Health and Social Care as well as Train the Trainer and Level 3 Safeguarding. I can provide references on request.
