Having work with different hospital setting back home I have been able to understand each patient with their percular needs and such the kind of attention requires. Performing person centred care on my patients has enabled me to cope with the working environments and to maintain relationships between my service user and to be balance in rendering my service to them so as not to go beyond written document in their care plan
