In my previous role as a Senior Care, I demonstrated the ability to work under intense pressure, to lead a team of staff, this includes induction, training, supervision and appraisals for staff. Supporting the Care Coordinator taking new referrals, developing care package, risk assessment and meeting new clients. Carry out inspection on the team, monitoring staff performing ensuring they are working in line with company polices and procedures. Providing one to one support for the client, ensuring I use a person centre approach. Communicate with clients and their families where appropriate.Take part in on call, making decisions based on information provided, using initiative, taking responsibility, cover staff shortages and often having to go out to situations. I am an experienced Carer, qualified for 10 years (CRB/DBS Checked). I am currently set myself up as self employed and looking to build up my client list. I can offer a high standard of domestic duties, including house keeping, shopping, cooking, sitting service, travel to medical appointments, medical reminders and personal care.
