I am a cheerful and enthusiastic, client driven individual. I have the ability to communicate both on an empathetic and professional level. I have many many years of experience of caring for and supporting clients who may just need that little bit of extra help. My experience has given me a wide range of knowledge as I have worked alongside many different health professionals, which means I am vigilant to my clients health needs and able to guide them to medical support when needed. I first got into care 12 years ago, I have worked both within a residential homes and supported people within their own homes, I like to think I’m diverse and genuinely caring. I have successfully worked alongside many different people with very different care needs, I see every client as an individual with unique needs which allows me to conduct a person centred care package. I excel in the care of older people, dementia care and clients with addictions or mental health illness, I am trained to conduct all aspects of care. I have a Batchelor's degree in Health and Social care which took me 3 years to complete.
