Hi, I qualified from The University of Nottingham as a Physiotherapist in 2002, and I have a specialist interest and experience of elderly rehabilitation and falls prevention. Exercise is my passion and I get a lot of satisfaction from helping people to re-gain their confidence and independence in all tasks requiring mobility for daily living. However, I recognise when jobs have become overwhelming and I'm also happy to take over roles when they have become too much (making beds, washing, cleaning, emptying rubbish, pet care etc). I am currently taking a career break to look after my young family, but I am keen to support others who need help. My full CV and references can be provided when required.
