Assisting clients with care such as grooming, washing and maintaining personal hygiene standards Identifying and planning activities that would appeal to and stimulate the clients Ensuring clients' safety and managing care plans Communicating effectively with clients and their families, as well as working collaboratively with other staff members Assist in transferring, repositioning and movement of clients. Accompany clients to medical appointments. Monitor and record clients’ physical and emotional well-being, and promptly report any changes to senior staff.
