Hello, my name is Caroline, I have lots of experience in the care sector. I have worked in residential homes and have experience with mental health, elderly, autism, Down syndrome, and looked after children. I love helping others and having a positive impact on people. I consider myself to be very respectful, reliable and patient. I love meeting new people, learning and growing from all the different knowledge and life story’s that they hold. I understand how Important it is when making this massive life changing decision to hire a carer for yourself or a loved one. Many years ago my family and I had to go through this experience to find a carer for my beloved grandma who was struggling with dementia, it is a massive responsibility and worry when your loved one is hugely vulnerable and you are inviting affectively a stranger to look after someone you love. With all this in mind I like to treat my clients as if they were like family, I care for them in such a way that I would care for a family Member with respect and dignity and always a smile.
