I am a chatty, caring individual, who is extremely empathetic towards others. My care experience comes with a range of qualifications, these include the following; Moving and handling Hoist training Movement rehabilitation Medication administration Dementia care Pegfeeding Palliative care Catheter training Food preparation Care planning I have just over 3 years care experience along side 4 years of cleaning experience, so I pay very close attention to detail. I have workerd as a Carer in both domestic and residential care settings. During this time I have had experienced many different needs from all individuals who range from young adults to the elderly, palliative care experience. Due to these experiences through my pervious employment I believe that I have gained many skills to be able to put into practice and easily adapt to the individual. In my previous job I was in charge of creating care plans for my clients. So this provides me the ability to quickly and easily tailor to each individuals needs and requests. So I can put it into action safely and competently.
